This program is intended to serve qualifying seniors only, Island Harvest will provide calendars for community events for those who are interested in collecting food at any of the available sites.

Attendees will benefit from this ancient art form. Tai Chi movements promote muscle strength, flexibility, and a relaxed mind, body and spirit.
We will read this true story of eighth grade spelling champion MacNolia Cox, who left Akron, Ohio, in 1936 to compete in the National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C., only to be met with prejudice and discrimination.

Children's Programming
All programs are for Central Islip Library cardholders only. There is a limited amount of spots available in each program. If a program fills, you will be placed on a waitlist for the event. If an available spot opens, you will be contacted and placed on the active program list.
Please be on time for programs. If you are not present by the start of the program, your place in the program is not guaranteed.
